1. Returns

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective

Because pottery is fragile, we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery. However, if your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • The damaged product
    • The packaging and protective materials
  • Send the information via email

After review, you may choose one of the following options:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund

3. Refunds

Once your request is approved:

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or defect:
